Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations for selected EMEA countries, with emphasis on Western Europe. You will coordinate with local payroll providers, oversee calendars and documentation, and ensure accurate, timely payroll across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires collaboration with HR, Finance, Benefits, Tax and other teams, ensuring country-specific statutory filings and reporting are completed on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting payroll across EMEA, with focus on Western Europe.
• Familiarity with country-specific payroll requirements and working with external providers.
• High attention to detail and ability to investigate payroll discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll delivery for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Act as the day-to-day contact for local payroll providers and ensure SLAs are met.
• Manage payroll calendars, inputs, approvals and supporting documentation.
