Qualifications

• 8+ years software industry experience in Deal Strategy/Deal Desk/Finance/Sales Operations.
• 2+ years in people management with a player-coach mindset.
• Strong collaboration with Sales and business partners.
• Excellent business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Degree in Business or Finance; MBA preferred; software revenue recognition experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a critical member of the Global Team enabling non-standard, complex deals.
• Engineer sophisticated deals to add business value and optimize cycle times.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with momentum and governance.
• Improve revenue, margin, and market share aligned with priorities.
