Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Manager based in Dublin to lead a growing team of enterprise ADRs. You will recruit, coach, and scale talent while aligning with Enterprise Sales to drive revenue and territory expansion.

This role blends leadership, mentoring, and hands-on prospecting in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will partner with regional leaders, shape coaching programs, and implement MEDDIC-aligned processes to accelerate pipeline and exceed ambitious sales

Qualifications

• Two+ years in prospecting and closing in enterprise software.
• Experience hiring, developing and promoting talent.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, retain, and develop talent
• Coach and mentor through sales knowledge and methodology
• Lead qualification and discovery calls/meetings
• Provide weekly performance summaries and forecasts
• Collaborate cross-functionally to establish scalable processes for lead management
• Develop and own KPIs and drive team execution
• Work with Field and Inside Sales to align pipeline with team needs
• Invest in self-development for ongoing success
