Job summary

Ripple Treasury, a leading SaaS treasury and risk management provider, seeks an experienced RFP Specialist to own end-to-end regional proposal operations for EMEA. This 12-month contract role reports to the Head of the Global RFP Team and collaborates with regional sales to align responses with market strategy.

You will manage RFP/RFI processes, develop content, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality submissions that reflect Ripple’s brand and value

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in proposal management, RFP response, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Outstanding written and oral communication with demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling value messages.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to quickly learn complex technical products and translate functionality into business value.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Technical teams.
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, create, and deliver RFPs, RFIs, and Questionnaires to increase win rates.
• Complete ITQs for audit and compliance purposes.
• Execute RFP/ITQ response workflow with delegation, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
