Job summary

Salesforce in Dublin seeks an experienced Manager, EMEA Treasury Operations to lead treasury strategy, oversee In-House Bank and FinCo structures, and manage a small treasury team across the EMEA region.

You will oversee payment approvals, optimize liquidity, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive regional process improvements in collaboration with Legal, Tax and Accounting. Strong leadership and 10+ years in treasury required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years of treasury experience with leadership of regional operations (EMEA).
• CTP certification preferred and SOX/regulatory knowledge across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Own treasury strategy and operations across EMEA, incl. IHB and FinCo structures.
• Approve payments for the region with risk-aware judgement.
• Lead and develop a two-person treasury team and drive process improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and liaise with Legal, Tax and Accounting.
• Represent treasury performance to senior leadership and coordinate cross-functional teams.
