Job summary

Ripple Treasury (formerly GTreasury) seeks an RFP Specialist for EMEA on a 12-month contract. You will own end-to-end proposal operations, coordinating RFPs, RFIs, and ITQs, while aligning with regional go-to-market strategies and deals priorities.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Compliance and Security teams to ensure accurate, on-brand responses and continuously improve the proposal library across evolving product functionality and market positioning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in proposal management or similar in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with clear value messaging.
• Strong PM skills; manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Ability to learn complex technical products quickly and translate to business value.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Technical teams.
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office; familiarity with proposal tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, create and deliver RFPs/RFIs to improve win rates.
• Complete ITQs for existing clients for audit and compliance.
• Execute RFP/ITQ workflows: delegating questions, tracking, formatting, stakeholder comms.
• Manage multiple projects; meet or exceed deadlines.
• Develop content leveraging library content and SME input.
• Update the response library reflecting product changes and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Compliance.
• Coordinate with SMEs, including Security Compliance, to deliver accurate responses.
