Google LLC in Dublin is seeking an EMEA LCS International Growth Consultant for Retail. You will consult on growing international business, shape expansion strategies, and deliver data-driven recommendations to Google customers and internal teams.

You will lead go-to-market strategies, manage the full pitch lifecycle, and collaborate with global teams to drive transformational client initiatives in the retail vertical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience gathering technical and financial data to promote products, services, and solutions.
• 6 years of experience analyzing industry, market, and organizational data to develop business strategies.
• 5 years of experience using the sales life-cycle to drive business.
• 4 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Consult Google’s customers on growing their international business by understanding objectives, building data-driven recommendations, and shaping expansion strategies.
• Partner at Account Team and Management level to drive operational expertise and accelerate sales velocity with the sales teams.
• Develop tailored go-to-market strategies accounting for local consumer and competitor trends and manage the full pitch life-cycle from discovery to C-level delivery.
• Act as a vertical international growth expert and thought leader, sharing best practices and participating in customer events.
• Collaborate with Google Business Services to diagnose and overcome operational hurdles like payments, customer experience, logistics, and localization.
