Google Ireland (Dublin) is seeking an International Growth Consultant to join Google Customer Solutions. You will drive international client growth, understand customer needs, and translate insights into scalable, data-driven strategies to expand business across markets.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes. You will design dashboards, synthesize market data, and mentor colleagues, helping clients convert analytics into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience leveraging technological tools to gather and present technical and financial data that promotes products, services, and solutions in support of key business objectives.
• Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant to develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with client/partner leadership and stakeholders, review JBPs and provide input to improve the JBPs or add agreement/services.
• Use analytical insights to align products and offerings with clients'/partners' marketing objectives, leveraging product specialist teams and create data-driven stories, narratives, and sales pitches.
• Build dashboards to generate, synthesize, and report relevant data to clients/partners, develop tools to analyze or forecast client/partner business and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide support and consulting on client's/partner's strategy in the areas of business, marketing, or product development, and translate data into answers to facilitate decision-making.
