Google Inc. seeks an International Growth Consultant for the Retail/EMEA region to identify opportunities for international expansion and shape go-to-market strategies.

You will translate data-driven insights into compelling recommendations for executives and collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies. You will partner with account teams to accelerate sales velocity, craft localised strategies, and influence C-level stakeholders to drive transformational initiatives for Google’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience gathering and presenting technical and financial data to promote products, services, and solutions.
• 4 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
• 3 years of experience using the sales lifecycle to drive business.
• Ability to communicate in French, Spanish, German or Italian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities

• Consult Google’s customers on successfully growing their international business by understanding objectives, building data-driven recommendations, and shaping expansion strategies.
• Partner at Account Team and Management level to drive operational excellence and accelerate sales velocity with the sales teams, taking responsibility for the delivery of transformational client initiatives.
• Develop tailored go-to-market strategies accounting for local consumer and competitor trends, and manage the full pitch lifecycle from discovery to C-level delivery and integration into customer workflows; influence C-level stakeholders to make transformational decisions for their businesses.
• Act as a vertical international growth expert and thought leader, sharing best practices and managing internal expert relationships; contribute to the creation of thought leadership and participate in customer events.
• Work with Global Business Services (GBS) teams to diagnose and overcome operational hurdles such as payments, customer experience, logistics, and localization.
