You’ll work with GTM roles, scheduling interviews, resolving questions, and refining processes to keep candidates excited about joining Notion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills - you’re proactive, reliable, and thoughtful about details.
• A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism.
• Clear, kind, and professional communication - you’ll represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates.
• You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter.
