Notion is seeking a Go-to-Market Recruiter to support our growth across EMEA GTM teams, with emphasis on Sales. You will manage full-cycle hiring, design creative sourcing, and partner with HR teams to drive inclusive talent strategies while working from our offices on Anchor Days.

You will craft data-driven recruiting processes, close top talent, and help Notion scale in a fast-paced environment where AI augments decision-making. This role aligns with our hybrid in-person/remote model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical GTM,
• Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close exceptional talent across levels
• Experience coaching hiring managers through recruiting processes with focus on talent density

Responsabilités

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through successful close
• Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse top talent across EMEA
• Ensure scalable, structured hiring plans with consistent evaluation processes
• Partner with Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Partners to drive holistic talent strategies
• Leverage AI tools to innovate recruiting processes and provide data-driven insights
• Champion best practices while adapting for regional nuances
