Job summary

Zurich Cover-More, a leading travel insurance and assistance provider, is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee Planning & Performance Management across EMEA. You will partner with senior leaders to drive financial performance, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

Reporting to the CFO EMEA, you will build annual plans, deliver forward-looking analysis, coach the PPM team, and drive improvements in reporting and governance while working in a hybrid mode with 3 days in the office and

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting.
Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
Experience delivering executive-level performance reporting, forecasting and insights.
Strong governance, controls, compliance and regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A across the EMEA business and manage budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
Partner with the CFO, business leaders and finance teams to provide commercial insight and challenge performance.
Develop and implement annual financial plans with global and regional stakeholders.
Deliver high-quality financial analysis and forward-looking forecasts for decision-making.
Lead finance input into business reviews with reporting, commentary and recommendations.
Build and evaluate business cases, investment opportunities and growth initiatives.
Ensure integrity, accuracy and transparency of financial reporting and management information.
Act as key finance partner to Regional Heads and Finance & Actuarial teams.
Lead, develop and coach the Planning & Performance Management team.
Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, reporting frameworks and systems.
Deliver ad hoc analysis and insights to support growth.
