Job summary

Zurich Cover-More, a leading global travel insurance and assistance provider, is seeking a Head of Planning and Performance Management for the EMEA region. Based in Dublin, you will drive financial planning, forecasting and reporting, partnering with senior leaders to shape strategy and performance.

The role offers hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home after training. You will lead the FP&A function, develop long-range plans, deliver insights and build strong business

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting in insurance/financial services.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for complex organisations.
• Strong financial modelling skills, aligning strategy, budgets and performance.
• Experience delivering executive-level performance reporting and commercial insights.
• Deep understanding of governance, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to build robust business cases and support growth initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership with senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management across the EMEA region.
• Partner with CFO EMEA and senior leaders to provide commercial insight and challenge performance.
• Develop annual financial plans with global and regional stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality analysis and forward-looking forecasts for decision-making.
• Provide finance input to business reviews with clear reporting and recommendations.
• Build business cases and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Ensure integrity and transparency of reporting and management information.
• Lead and coach the Planning & Performance Management team.
