Job summary

Zurich Insurance Europe AG is seeking a GI Distribution Performance Manager to deliver performance insights across Personal Lines, Business Lines, Engineering Inspections Services and Marketing. You will develop KPI reporting, monitor performance and support analytics tools development such as Tableau and Salesforce.

You will work with Heads of Distribution to translate data into actionable insights, identify opportunities and collaborate across Sales & Distribution and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in data analytics, finance, economics, marketing or similar.
• Strong experience in a commercial, distribution, sales management, performance management or business analysis role within insurance or financial services.
• Solid understanding of General Insurance products, distribution channels (broker/intermediated) and commercial drivers.
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and MI, draw out insight and translate it into practical actions.
• Advanced Excel and strong skills in data visualisation / BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with a collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly and weekly performance updates for the Director of Distribution and senior stakeholders.
• Monitor and communicate performance for distribution functions (PL, BL, ZEIS, Marketing).
• Identify opportunities and challenges and communicate them briefly and timely.
• Develop or enhance Performance Monitoring Frameworks and KPI reporting for exec summaries.
• Support analytics tool development (Tableau, Salesforce) where appropriate.
• Drill into granular insights for key stakeholders.
