Job summary

Zurich Life Assurance is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex change initiatives across Zurich Life Assurance and Pensions (ZLAP). You will plan, track, and govern delivery of business capabilities, ensure business case objectives are met, and manage risks within the change budget.

The role requires strong communication with senior leaders, experience in large, multi-location programs, and a proven ability to balance scope, schedule, and cost while driving value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Project Management experience, including large, complex programs.
• Proven delivery track record of business transformation using technology.
• Experience managing customer and vendor relationships in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Project management of end-to-end delivery, including scoping, business case, planning, design, build, test, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Select delivery approaches to fit the project and environment.
• Identify milestones, communicate status, risks, and issues to leadership.
• Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources and risk to deliver the required product.
