Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Project Analyst for an 18-month fixed-term contract to lead the EMEA payroll system implementation.

You will own UAT, pay element configuration, data preparation and validation, and project coordination across multiple countries. Reporting to the Payroll System Implementation Lead – EMEA, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, Stock and technical teams, ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, and maintain data confidentiality throughout

Qualifications

• 3rd Level Degree required.
• 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
• Experience with Ireland and UK payroll.
• Experience with payroll system implementation or payroll project work (e.g. change of payroll system, change of payroll vendor, testing, parallel runs, or configuration support).
• Excel/Google Sheets experience and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in the EMEA payroll project team, transitioning to a single global provider.
• Take responsibility for payroll system implementation activities.
• Design, prepare and execute UAT test cases and scripts.
• Capture test results, log defects and follow through to resolution.
• Perform data validation and system reconciliation.
• Prepare and execute cutover and go-live readiness tasks.
• Configure pay elements to align with EMEA payroll requirements.
• Maintain high-quality data files and templates for testing and implementation.
• Ensure configurations meet EMEA statutory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, Stock and technical teams.
• Document payroll processes, procedures and controls for the new system.
• Support change management and training with clear guidance materials.
