Job summary

SearchWorks in Ireland is seeking a Senior Payroll Transition Specialist to lead end-to-end payroll transition projects across EMEA, focusing on Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands from the Dublin office. This 12 Month Contract role requires hands-on delivery and close collaboration with payroll teams, vendors and stakeholders.

The role delivers transitions, testing, data validation, SOP creation and operational readiness, and trains payroll teams to embed new processes.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience delivering payroll transitions or payroll implementations.
• ADP Celergo Payroll experience.
• Experience with Belgium, Germany and Netherlands payrolls.

Responsibilities

Senior Payroll Transition Specialist – EMEA (Belgium, Germany, Netherlands)

12 Month Contract

5 Days a week based in Dublin office

Our client is seeking a Senior Payroll Transition Specialist to support multiple payroll transformation projects across EMEA, including Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

This role will lead the end‑to‑end payroll transition activities for:

• Payroll vendor changes in Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands
• Transition of Germany ADP streamline Payroll to ADP Celergo Payroll

This is a hands‑on delivery role where you would be working directly with payroll teams, vendors, and stakeholders on:

• End-to-end payroll transitions and implementations
• Payroll testing, UAT, and parallel runs
• Data validation, reconciliation, and go-live readiness
• SOP creation and operational readiness
