Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Payroll Project Analyst for an 18-month fixed-term contract focused on the EMEA payroll transformation. You will work with the Payroll System Implementation Lead (EMEA) to deliver the regional rollout, including UAT, data preparation, and cutover activities.

This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills and governance across multiple entities. Ideal candidates have experience with multinational payroll, experience implementing payroll systems, and solid Excel/data

Qualifications

• 3rd Level Degree.
• 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
• Experience with multinational payroll including Ireland and UK.
• Experience with payroll systems implementation or payroll project work.
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in the EMEA payroll project team and transition to a single global provider.
• Take responsibility for payroll system implementation activities.
• Design, prepare and execute UAT test cases and scripts.
• Capture test results, log defects and follow through to resolution.
• Perform data validation and system reconciliation activities.
• Prepare and execute cutover and go-live readiness tasks.
• Configure pay elements aligned with EMEA payroll requirements.
• Maintain high-quality data files and templates for testing and implementation.
