Qualifications

• 3+ years payroll experience, including international payroll.
• Familiarity with Workday Payroll software.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• International accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time for international employees.
• Prepare monthly payroll instructions for international payroll third party vendors.
• Audit payroll results and perform journal entries for payroll accounts.
• Ensure SOX controls are followed for the international payroll process.
• Support payroll audits and year-end documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with Workday teams to implement cross-functional improvements.
• Track new hires, terminations, and changes for country payroll accuracy.
• Ensure tax details and direct deposit are established for new employees.
