Job summary

RECRUITERS in Ireland is seeking a Payroll Analyst to own payroll processing across multiple EMEA entities. You will ensure timely payments, collaborate with Finance and HR, and act as the primary contact for payroll inquiries.

The role requires 5+ years experience, a finance or HR background, and hands-on work with Workday or similar ERP systems. You will perform GTN reconciliations, ensure SOX/GDPR compliance, and maintain payroll data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or another respective field; relevant experience (5+ years) may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Experience processing payroll in medium size or larger organization
  • Demonstrates initiative, flexibility and follow-through
  • Attention to detail and analytical problem solving skills
  • Ability to work well within tight deadlines
  • Collaborative team player; ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, or other ERP

Responsibilities

  • Own monthly payroll processing across 3–4 EMEA entities.
  • Audit payroll data and reports for local labor laws and internal controls (SOX/GDPR).
  • Conduct GTN reconciliations and resolve variances.
  • Coordinate with Finance/Treasury to ensure timely payroll funding.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for employee pay questions.
  • Maintain Workday as source of truth and audit data changes before submission.
