Job summary

Confirmo, a global stablecoin-first payment platform, is seeking a driven BDR to join our Dublin office. You'll be on the front lines of our outbound motion—identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects that become customers.

This is not a passive role: you will build pipeline from scratch using email, LinkedIn, and phone, with a clear path to an Account Executive closing track. Based in Ireland, you’ll contribute to growth in a fast-paced SaaS/FinTech environment and collaborate with sales

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of BDR/ SDR experience in SaaS/Payments/FinTech.
• Familiarity with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce.
• Strong communicator with clear, confident written and verbal skills.
• Hunter mentality and self-motivation to generate pipeline.
• Ambitious, growth oriented with path to closing role.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting across key verticals via email, LinkedIn and phone; build pipeline from scratch.
• Qualify and convert leads; run discovery calls and hand off to Account Exec.
• Own activity metrics; manage outreach sequences, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene.
• Leverage Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce to research prospects and tailor outreach.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to sharpen messaging and GTM execution.
• Build toward a closing role with a clear path to AE and full-cycle responsibilities.
