Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Category Manager, CCFS Procurement, EMEA MRO, to lead regional strategy and supplier management for MRO across EMEA with APAC support. The role focuses on driving value, negotiating agreements, and aligning with Engineering & Property Services to ensure project readiness.

The position requires a BA/BS, 6+ years in procurement, and experience with RFx and large project procurement. English fluency and travel up to 10% are implied.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a BA/BS degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of procurement experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Procurement policies, operations, processes, operating model, and value proposition.
• Broad understanding of business operations and core Procurement focus areas, including spend, category, and supplier management.
• Experience managing RFx and sourcing activities for large construction project bid packages, including bid preparation, bidder engagement, analysis, recommendations, and use of sourcing technology platforms.
• Financial acumen and a strong track record of compliance with financial requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, influencing, trust-building, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize requests and develop effective solutions or alternatives in collaboration with others.
• Commitment to J&J’s Credo-based decision-making, policy compliance, urgency, and confidentiality.
• Ability to assess and adapt to changes in the external environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional MRO category strategy for EMEA and APAC support.
• Partner with Engineering & Property Services and cross-functional teams.
• Deliver high-value capital project support through supplier management and negotiations.
• Drive cost savings, supplier performance, and project readiness.
• Utilize data analytics and GenAI-enabled tools for insights and category outcomes.
