Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Category Manager for CCFS Procurement, EMEA MRO, to lead regional sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships. The role emphasizes strategic category management, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

The position may be based in Ireland and will support high-value capital projects with data-driven insights and GenAI-enabled tools to drive efficiency and value across CCFS procurement for the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Science, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of procurement experience.
• Experience with RFx, supplier management, and large project bids.
• MBA or similar graduate degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Category Lead for MRO in EMEA with APAC support as needed.
• Drive sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Property Services, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver value.
