Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks an experienced procurement professional to shape EMEA sourcing and category management across Professional Services. You will negotiate contracts, lead regional strategies, and drive cost savings while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role collaborates with HR, quality, and business teams and reports to Global Categories Professional Services leadership. Location can be flexible within the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Sourcing & Sourcing Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher equivalent as a baseline.
• Ability to lead regional strategies across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute sourcing or category management strategies aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate with global sourcing leads to align regional and global visions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, HR, quality, and business teams in region.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide sourcing decisions.
• Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead or support supplier transitions, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor category performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Support regional sourcing initiatives and projects.
