Job summary

Clio is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations specialist to support the EMEA region, building and running campaigns across marketing automation, ABM platforms, and CRM systems. The role requires hands-on expertise with marketing platforms, GDPR/PECR compliance, and cross-timezone collaboration.

You will partner with regional marketing and sales, drive regional launches, and optimize lead flow from awareness to pipeline.

Qualifications

Significant experience in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company.
Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform and Salesforce or a similar CRM.
Experience with EU/UK GDPR, PECR and consent management.

Responsibilities

Be the dedicated MarOps partner for EMEA marketing and sales teams, delivering scoped, prioritized work.
Build and launch EMEA campaigns, webinars, events, nurtures and paid social programs across marketing platforms.
Collaborate with Sales Ops and RevOps on lead stamping, scoring and routing; tie activity to pipeline and revenue.
Keep the EMEA database clean, enriched, and compliant with GDPR and consent rules.
Design AI workflows and lead strategic projects to improve global operations.
