Job summary

Clio, the global leader in legal AI, is seeking a Sales Enablement Senior Specialist in Dublin to empower EMEA and APAC sales teams. You’ll adapt global programs to regional realities, localizing messaging, playbooks, and onboarding to reflect local buyer personas and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or related learning and development role.
• Experience designing and delivering training for sales teams across more than one market, segment, or language.
• Familiarity with EMEA and APAC sales motions and the metrics that drive them, and comfort supporting teams across time zones.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.
• Comfort with tools such as Gong, Letter AI, and Salesforce.
• Ability to analyze engagement and performance data to drive program improvements.
• Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams and regions.

Responsibilities

• Own enablement for the EMEA go-to-market teams across all segments, covering both reps and their front-line managers, with APAC as a secondary focus.
• Measure and report regional outcomes including time to ramp, 90-day conversion rate, and multi-product attach.
• Localize messaging, talk tracks, playbooks, and onboarding to reflect regional buyer personas and market dynamics.
• Translate and localize content efficiently in collaboration with Product Marketing and Onboarding Specialists.
• Develop regional depth in legal and regulatory terminology for different markets.
• Coordinate readiness for international product launches and market expansions.
