Job summary

Omni is seeking a Managing Architect (French Speaking) to lead complex technical projects and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will scope, sell, and deliver projects including internal BI and embedded analytics, advocating for customers and addressing product gaps.

You will manage enterprise customer delivery, coordinate with product and engineering, and serve as the primary technical contact. Hybrid role in Dublin with remote options for UK-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical consulting / project management, data space preferred.
• Fluent in English and French (CEFR C1/2) is essential.
• Hands-on data engineering and BI tool expertise (Tableau, PowerBI, Mode).
• Experience bridging technical and non-technical audiences in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as deep technical expert to solve complex data problems and define best practices.
• Provide guidance on leveraging Omni’s AI features to maximize impact.
• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, scoping and delivery.
• Act as primary customer-facing technical contact, building long-term relationships.
• Drive results by coordinating consulting and delivery partners across workstreams.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to translate feedback into product direction.
