Job summary
Omni is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to be a technical expert on the Omni platform, guiding customers through complex evaluations and demos. You will partner with sales, lead discovery and POCs, and help shape product direction from field experience.
You will mentor junior SEs, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and ensure successful transitions from trials to long-term customers in a high-touch, global model. This hybrid Dublin role supports growth across industries.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years in enterprise pre-sales BI or data analytics, B2B SaaS focus.
- Strong SQL skills for analytics and evaluations.
- Experience leading technical discovery, demos and POCs with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise in the sales process.
- Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and POCs for evaluations.
- Transition trials into customers by coordinating with post-sales and partners.
- Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and raise discovery/demo/POC quality.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to feed back customer insights.
