Job summary

MarketStar is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to represent Mailchimp in the EMEA region. The role focuses on creating and closing a pipeline of leads, managing a book of leads, and meeting monthly and quarterly KPIs. The position targets the Dublin area with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will work to win business, advance through a successful sales program, and contribute to MarketStar’s growth through proactive engagement with prospects and clients.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum in SDR/BDR in SaaS or IT services preferred.
• Experience with software/SaaS or system integrator space is a plus.
• Strong prospecting, discovery and presentation skills.
• Solutions-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
• Collaborative and results-driven in a team setting.
• Comfort with new technology and quick learning.

Responsibilities

• Execute against monthly and quarterly targets in the SME segment.
• Manage inbound leads across multiple channels to build pipeline.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Mailchimp product suite to shorten sales cycles.
• Advocate for the client’s products and value proposition.
• Prioritize and manage a pipeline with timely follow-ups.
• Implement effective sales strategies to convert leads to customers.
• Provide account management to support client’s technology needs.
• Collaborate with leadership and client to achieve revenue goals.
