MarketStar Ireland is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to represent our Mailchimp client, driving a pipeline of leads across the EMEA region. You will manage a book of leads, win business, and hit monthly and quarterly KPIs within a hybrid role in Leopardstown, Dublin 18.

You will develop expertise in the Mailchimp product suite, execute targeted sales strategies, and collaborate with leadership to achieve revenue goals while pursuing career growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• 18–24 months SDR experience in SaaS/IT services mid‑market to enterprise sales.
• Experience with software vendor, SaaS, or system integrator environments.
• Exceptional prospecting, discovery and presentation skills.
• Strong sales aptitude with customer‑focused mindset.
• Collaborative and results‑oriented with proven sales attainment.
• Tech‑savvy with interest in emerging technology.
• Able to multi‑task in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to articulate technical and business value via phone/email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute against monthly/quarterly targets in the SMB to mid‑market segment.
• Manage inbound leads across channels to build pipeline and hit KPIs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Mailchimp product suite to shorten the sales cycle.
• Serve as product and service advocate for Mailchimp and MarketStar.
• Prioritize a pipeline of opportunities and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into paying customers.
• Provide account management to support technology strategy and future needs.
• Collaborate with leadership and client teams to meet revenue goals.
