Job summary

Procore Technologies Construction Private Limited in Dublin is seeking a Director of EMEA Field Marketing to own the regional marketing strategy, drive the funnel from lead to close, and partner with EMEA Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations. The role is based in Dublin HQ on a hybrid model with regular travel across the region.

You will shape local campaigns, align with global GTM, and lead a team across campaigns, events, and new-market development, including MENA.

Qualifications

Extensive senior B2B marketing experience in SaaS or technology.
Proven track record owning regional pipeline with enterprise sales.
Ability to translate strategy into regional messaging and GTM.
Experience leading distributed teams across multiple markets including MENA.

Responsibilities

Own the EMEA regional marketing strategy and regional marketing-sourced pipeline.
Own funnel performance from initial lead to closed deals in partnership with EMEA Sales.
Develop local campaign strategy aligned with global strategy and GTM messaging.
Grow established markets and develop newer markets across EMEA, including MENA.
Lead ABM for upmarket and enterprise segments with 1:1 and 1:few approaches.
Manage the EMEA marketing budget and measure ROI.
