ServiceNow is seeking a motivated Employment Law attorney to join the Global Employment Law team and support growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will advise on multi-country matters and partner with internal stakeholders to align legal strategy with business goals.

This role requires deep EU employment law experience, strong judgment, and a collaborative approach to handling investigations, restructurings, and AI-related deployment in the employment lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Experience applying AI in business processes and decision-making.
• Excellent judgment and high integrity in legal work.
• Strong work ethic with ability to handle complex matters.
• Fluency in English; additional EU languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide risk-based employment law counsel for hiring, separations, and privacy matters.
• Lead works council and collective consultation across EMEA.
• Develop global policies with Global People Organization.
• Investigate employee concerns with Ethics & Compliance teams.
• Support AI tool deployments in the employee lifecycle.
• Manage engagements with outside counsel for claims.
