HSI is seeking a technically minded Implementation Consultant to own the full onboarding journey for our Donesafe platform across Ireland. You will guide customers from kick-off through configuration, testing, and go-live, serving as the primary technical resource and single point of contact.

You’ll run discovery workshops, manage end-to-end delivery in Rocketlane, and ensure projects stay on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering end-to-end software implementations in SaaS.
• Background in EHS or health and safety is desirable.
• Proven ability to run workshops and gather requirements with clients.
• Strong client engagement and project management capabilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsabilités
