Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an Environment, Health & Safety Lead for EMEA based in Dublin, Ireland. The role oversees EHS standards across Ireland, the UK, France, the Middle East and other EMEA sites, with approx. 30% travel.

A hands-on regional leader will guide local teams, drive compliance and foster a strong EHS culture. The candidate will conduct site visits, trainings and risk assessments, maintaining ISO 45001/14001 systems and supporting facilities in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Recognised EHS qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience managing EHS across multiple sites/jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of regional health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate EHS activities across multiple EMEA locations.
• Carry out planned site assessments and compliance reviews, identifying risks and areas for improvement.
• Prepare audit reports with findings, priorities and recommended actions.
• Develop and implement corrective actions with site/functional leaders.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and awareness programmes.
