Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or Level 8 Health & Safety required.
• Experience in a multi-site or regional EHS role.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Strong auditing capability with actionable compliance reports.
• Confident trainer and communicator across cultures and seniority levels.
• Facilities management experience, even if secondary to EHS remit.
• Full, clean driving licence and passport valid for EMEA travel.
• Based in Ireland with flexibility to travel ~30% of the time.
• Excellent personal leadership, influencing and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site audits across EMEA locations.
• Produce audit reports with prioritized action plans and track progress.
• Ensure compliance with country health and safety regulations.
• Design and deliver health and safety training programs.
• Develop and communicate EHS policies aligned to EMEA requirements.
• Act as regional point of contact for EHS matters and escalate risk.
• Monitor regulatory developments across jurisdictions and update the org.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Coordinate EHS induction and training for site personnel.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations for Irish sites and vendor management.
• Ensure Irish facilities comply with safety regs, building codes, and SLAs.
