Job summary

Penguin Solutions is seeking an Environment, Health, and Safety Lead for the EMEA region, including Ireland. The role focuses on audits, regulatory compliance, and building EHS capability with Ireland-specific facilities support.

You will oversee EHS programs and coordinate training across multiple sites. Based in Dublin, Ireland, the role entails ~30% travel across the EMEA region and requires NEBOSH or Level 8 qualifications, with responsibility for ISO 45001/ISO 14001.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or Level 8 in Health & Safety required.
• Multi-site EHS experience across offices/warehousing.
• Solid knowledge of EHS legislation across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Strong auditing capability with actionable reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS compliance across EMEA including auditing sites.
• Develop and deliver health and safety training programs.
• Maintain ISO 45001/ISO 14001 management systems for the region.
• Coordinate EHS induction and training for site personnel.
• Act as regional EHS point of contact and escalate risks when needed.
