Job summary

Oracle is seeking a regional EHS leader to own deployment of the global EHS management system across EMEA and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions for data center construction, commissioning and live operations. You will partner with OCI Data Center Operations, Facilities Development and regional leadership to drive safety and environmental performance.

Reporting to the Vice President, Global EHS, you will lead the in-region EHS team, govern contractors and delivery partners, and

Qualifications

• 12+ years of EHS leadership experience with multi-country responsibility in EMEA.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers or high-hazard facilities and governance of contractors.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001/14001 and EU safety/regulatory frameworks; works-council exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS organization, resource planning, and performance management across countries.
• Govern EHS deployment for data center construction, commissioning and operations.
• Oversee incident management, regulatory inspections, and environmental compliance programs.
