Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced EHS leader to oversee the regional EHS program across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. The role focuses on deploying Oracle's global EHS system, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving a proactive safety culture across data centers and facilities.

You will lead dispersed EHS teams, partner with real estate and facilities leadership, and establish governance with contractors.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience across multiple countries in EMEA.
• Strong governance of contractors and delivery partners in complex facilities.
• Experience with data centers or high‑hazard environments and capital expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the EMEA EHS organization and resources.
• Advise regional leadership on EHS risk, controls, and performance.
• Deploy Oracle’s EHS management system across EMEA and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee incident investigation and corrective actions end‑to‑end.
• Drive SIF prevention and governance of high‑risk activities.
• Provide EHS training and governance for data center construction and operations.
