GitLab is seeking an experienced leader to manage and grow the EMEA Deal Desk team. You will oversee hiring, enablement, and operating rhythms while ensuring the function scales with the pace of a fast-growing company.

You will partner with the Global Deal Desk leader to keep regional practices aligned with global policy, while reflecting local currency, terms, data residency and regional nuances. A strategic advisor to Sales, you will drive pricing discipline and deal quality across the region.

Qualifications

• Several years of manager experience in Deal Desk, Pricing Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or a closely related quote-to-cash function in enterprise SaaS.
• Strong pricing discipline, strategic thinking, and ability to influence stakeholders across regions.
• Experience leading regional teams, preferably with EMEA or multi-country exposure.
• Knowledge of bookings policy, revenue recognition principles, and public-company compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead the EMEA Deal Desk team, including hiring, enablement, operating rhythm, and ongoing iteration of the function within the region.
• Own the end-to-end service model for Deal Desk and Order Management across EMEA, scaling with complexity and pace.
• Serve as regional escalation point for complex, non-standard, and strategic transactions.
• Partner with Global Deal Desk leader to align regional practices with global policy and local nuances.
• Advise Sales leadership on deal quality, pricing discipline, and commercial strategy.
• Create executive-ready insights on deal quality, pricing effectiveness, and discount trends.
• Ensure complex deal structures are operable in downstream systems with clear handoffs.
