Job summary

CBRE Data Centre Solutions is seeking an EMEA Projects Scheduler/Planner to support the growth of its projects business across Dublin, Madrid, Barcelona and Lisbon. The role focuses on creating, updating, and coordinating schedules, building resource usage models, and collaborating with project teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will come from a mechanical or electrical construction background with strong MS Project or Primavera skills, and a track record of

Qualifications

• 3 years plus experience in project scheduling.
• Experience in project planning/scheduling within the construction sector.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work under pressure (timelines and deadlines) when required.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, with a strong preference for MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and database applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules in collaboration with the project team.
• Participate in regular project team meetings across multiple projects.
• Ensure scheduling methodology is consistently applied.
• Prepare spend curves and cash-flow forecasts during the project life-cycle.
• Assist or lead in creating schedule submissions with resource and cost loading.
• Review critical path, cost loading, milestones, and schedule content.
• Provide schedule analysis and metrics to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Monitor and control the project through various phases.
