Job summary

CBRE GWS is seeking a Cost Manager for the EMEA region. The role oversees large projects (>€500k), leading a team of Quantity Surveyors and coordinating with procurement to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply chains.

The position requires a degree with 8–10 years’ experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. This is a senior, stakeholder-facing role with responsibilities across pre- and post-contract activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
• Ability to solve unique problems with broad business impact.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial oversight on large projects across all BUs in EMEA (>€500k).
• Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors across EMEA projects.
• Collaborate with Procurement to build quality, reliable supply chains in each country.
• Maintain relationships with clients as CBRE's first point of contact.
• Oversee all commercial aspects of large tender opportunities in EMEA.
• Conduct bi-weekly reviews of project revenue and margin across EMEA.
• Support project personnel as a QS function for commercial oversight on costs.
