Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Mechanical capacity.
• Estimating or Quantity Surveying background.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Produce reports for management for bids and meetings.
• Prepare estimates based on drawings and specifications.
• Build relationships with key vendors and subcontractors.
• Mentor and train junior members of the team.
