Job summary

Trellix, Cork-based hybrid, seeks a Compensation Partner to support and execute compensation programs across the EMEA region. You will deliver market analysis, benchmarking, and pay recommendations, partnering with HR, COEs, People Services, Finance, and leaders to keep programs competitive and compliant, including EU pay transparency.

The role sits in our Cork center of excellence, handling annual programs, data governance in Workday, and global Total Rewards initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, or Mathematics or related field.
5+ years of compensation, Total Rewards, or HR analytics experience.
Experience supporting compensation programs across EMEA markets.
Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency across Google Sheets and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
Solid written and verbal communication skills across countries/time zones.

Responsibilities

Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and salary-structure analyses across EMEA markets.
Prepare compensation recommendations for hires, promotions, internal moves and other pay actions.
Support internal and pay equity analyses and identify trends for review.
Support annual merit, bonus, and equity/LTI cycles with Workday and People Services.
Maintain compensation data in Workday and build dashboards; ensure governance and EU pay transparency compliance.
Participate in global compensation projects and advise regional needs.
Perform other duties to support Total Rewards initiatives.
