Trellix is seeking a Compensation Partner to support and execute compensation programs across the EMEA region from our Cork center of excellence. You will deliver market analysis, benchmarking, and pay recommendations while partnering with HRBPs, COEs, Finance, and leaders to keep programs competitive, equitable, and compliant with evolving EU requirements.

In this hybrid role, you will manage defined workstreams, maintain Workday data, and contribute to annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of compensation, Total Rewards, or HR analytics experience.
• Experience supporting compensation programs across EMEA markets.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency (Google Sheets and Excel).

Mansioni

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking across EMEA markets.
• Prepare compensation recommendations for hires, promotions, and other pay actions.
• Maintain accurate compensation data in Workday and build reports.
• Support EU pay transparency compliance and governance standards.
