We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Compensation Specialist to join our team at HireHive. As a Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our compensation programs to ensure they are competitive, fair, and aligned with our business objectives. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within Ireland.
Develop and manage compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus schemes.
Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation packages are competitive within the industry.
Collaborate with HR and management to design and implement compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Analyze job descriptions and evaluate job positions to determine appropriate compensation levels.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation.
Prepare and present reports on compensation trends and make recommendations for adjustments.
Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation-related matters.
Participate in compensation surveys and benchmark studies to stay updated on industry trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Compensation Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using HRIS and compensation management software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
