Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive IT experience, including leadership roles supporting commercial or customer-facing functions.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale IT solutions in a regional or global environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Solid understanding of data, analytics, and digital technologies supporting commercial excellence.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with strong compliance and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Commercial IT strategy, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives and global IT standards.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Finance leaders to deliver technology solutions that enable revenue growth and customer engagement.
• Oversee delivery and optimization of commercial platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics, pricing, trade, and customer engagement solutions).
• Manage a portfolio of IT projects and programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and measurable business value.
• Lead and develop internal teams and external partners, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements across all commercial IT solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and simplification of commercial processes through technology.
• Act as a key regional stakeholder in global IT governance, roadmap planning, and vendor management.
