Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, via DePuy Synthes, seeks an EMEA Technology Manager, Tender & Pricing to shape contracting tech across the region. Translate commercial needs into epics, own the roadmap, and collaborate with Commercial, Legal, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable tender management solutions.

You will lead Agile delivery, apply AI to pricing and automation, monitor KPIs, and embody the Credo in a hybrid setup centered in Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of progressive experience in technology product management or related roles.
• Experience with enterprise commercial systems (contracting, pricing, CRM, ERP) and system integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Proven cross-functional leadership.
• Experience operating in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for contracting technology solutions in the EMEA region.
• Translate business, legal, and commercial requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Commercial, Pricing, and Tender Management teams to support tender lifecycle processes and contract execution.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and IT to ensure end-to-end lifecycle solutions meet business needs and standards.
• Lead Agile delivery with sprint planning and releases.
• Apply AI, analytics, and automation to modernize platforms and improve pricing/revenue optimization.
• Ensure data integrity and scalable integrations across contracting and pricing platforms.
• Manage dependencies and risks across regional and global initiatives.
• Monitor product performance via KPIs and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Champion the Credo and Leadership Imperatives across teams.
