Job summary

Clio is seeking a qualified solicitor to partner with Sales, Success, Marketing, and Operations across the EMEA region. You will draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, provide pragmatic legal guidance, and help build scalable processes and playbooks.

You will advise on data protection matters, ensure commercial risk is balanced with growth, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS environment.

Qualifications

3–5 years of post-qualification experience in a legal role.
Strong stakeholder management across departments and levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clear and pragmatic drafting.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including NDAs, vendor and procurement contracts, DPAs, professional services agreements, and statements of work.
Independently manage routine and mid-complexity contract negotiations with practical positions and clear analysis.
Advise Sales and Customer Success on contractual queries and escalated issues; support enterprise deal execution and RFP responses.
Contribute to scalable legal processes, templates, playbooks, and data protection initiatives across EMEA.
