The role involves providing legal advice to support Sales and internal teams, ensuring compliance across the EMEA region. Candidates should have a law degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the software or technology sector. This position offers remote work flexibility and requires strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in-house or in private practice.
• Licensed to practice law in relevant European jurisdiction.
• Strong understanding of corporate/commercial law and technology-based contracts.
• Knowledge of data protection, intellectual property, and compliance matters.
• Experience supporting SaaS or cloud-based technology businesses.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse range of commercial agreements.
• Provide legal advice on commercial, regulatory, data protection, and compliance matters.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support deal structuring and contract execution.
• Contribute to the global Legal team through knowledge sharing and contract management.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments across the EMEA region.
