Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Business Manager for EMEA Business & Project Controls to own the operating rhythm, governance mechanisms, and scalable processes for the function and wider EMEA DCCD organisation.

You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, govern accountability, and partner across Finance, Recruiting and leadership to ensure clear ownership and progress against goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience turning data into executive narratives and decisions.
• Experience establishing governance: planning cycles and reviews.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with senior leaders.
• 7+ years in business operations, programme governance or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the EMEA rhythm of business (WBRs, MBRs, Quarterly Clinics, leadership reviews).
• Coordinate annual and quarterly planning cycles and align long-term strategy with execution.
• Produce concise, decision-oriented executive reporting and surface dependencies and ownership gaps.
• Maintain headcount data, hiring progress, onboarding, and org structure documentation.
• Coordinate OLR activities, promotions slate, succession planning and capability gap identification.
